Paco Rabanne Launches FAME Fragrance in the U.S.

The fragrance, featuring Elle Fanning, marks the brand's first major feminine launch in the U.S.

Described as “Playful. Sensual. Empowered. Irresistibly Parisian. She’s an icon. She’s a star.” FAME is the luxe, sustainable, refillable, covetable new feminine fragrance by Paco Rabanne.

Created to capture the Parisian spirit of the Rabanne woman, FAME perfume pays tribute to a new era of femininity. The quintessence of avant-garde luxury, this perfume is a blend of pure jasmine, succulent mango and a sensual creamy incense.

To bring FAME to life, Paco Rabanne partnered with actress Elle Fanning as the ambassador of the new fragrance. A true icon for today’s fashion-forward, connected, ultra-creative young women, Elle Fanning joins a glamorous line of Paco Rabanne muses. Think Jane Fonda as Barbarella, Audrey Hepburn in Two for the Road, Brigitte Bardot in glittering chainmail, Françoise Hardy in a mini dress assembled from gold plates inlaid with diamonds.

Package Design

Fame’s unique bottle pays tribute to “a new era of femininity.” She is shaped as a robot, just like Paco Rabanne’s Phantom, but dressed in the iconic Paco Rabanne chainmail dress and boots that resemble those designed by the brand’s creative director Julien Doessena in real life.

She is also wearing earrings and a bracelet resembling some of the brand’s best-selling accessories.

The bottle is also fully reusable, with refills available for purchase separately.
